Job Description:

Patel Consultants is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our International Medical Device client located in Somerset County, NJ.

  • 2 - 3+ month contract (offers the opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-known medical device company. Also, could potentially lead to long-term employment.)Responsibilities:
    • Will work cross-functionally with training and Education Specialists, Sales Team, Field Clinical Team, Vendor partners and Human Resources.
    • Responsible for administering, promoting and supporting vendor credentialing best practices and processes.
    • Collaborate with the Training Specialists to pull-through training classes such as catering and supply ordering through appropriate ordering and expense system.
    • Collaborate with Sr. Training and Education Specialist to manage global database for certified users and provide certificates for certification to US customers. Maintain the database to meet all Regulatory, Quality and Legal requirements.
    • Collaborate with Sr. Training and Education Specialist to manage the Continuing Education Unit records and certificates.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with all quality system requirements. This includes the recognition and forwarding of customer complaints (i.e. adverse events, product performance reports, etc.) to Quality Assurance and by ensuring all promotional messaging (i.e. branding strategies, product claims, etc.) and materials (i.e. literature) discussed or presented to customers are clinically accurate and adhere to the guidelines.Requirements:
      • Proficient with Microsoft office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher and Outlook).
      • Program administration management experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or other highly regulated industry is strongly desired.
      • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience providing project management and/or program administration support to a field sales organizationPlease apply to learn more.Job Type: Full-timePay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:
