About the Opportunity: McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking talented and motivated Attorneys to join our team. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and possess strong drafting, analytical and academic credentials. Candidates should have substantial experience representing New Jersey governmental entities. The role involves significant responsibility, including direct client interaction and attendance at both daytime and evening meetings. The salary range for these positions is between $130k - $180k, depending on role, qualifications, and experience. Municipal Government Attorney with 7+ years of experience with New Jersey public bodies including contracting and procurement. The work may include attendance at meetings, providing general municipal advice and will involve research and the drafting of legal documents including municipal contracts and agreements, resolutions, ordinances, and legal opinions. Redevelopment Attorney with 7+ years of experience with New Jersey redevelopment law and public finance law. Relevant work experience should include negotiation of redevelopment agreements and related agreements, experience with state and federal tax incentives, complex structured financing of redevelopment projects, and bond issuances by governmental entities to fund capital projects. Employment Attorney with 5+ years of experience in employment law. The work may include counseling employers on a wide range of employment issues including discipline, termination, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, discrimination, and accommodations, representing clients before state and local administrative agencies, draft and review employment policies, employment agreements and separation agreements, and conduct internal investigations.
