PROGRAM DETAILS: This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Inventory Planning department, supporting ongoing business needs. Support data mining and analysis efforts to provide accurate, timely insights to inventory teams. Partner with brand inventory planning teams to understand business challenges and help identify potential solutions. Participate in demand forecasting, media planning, and report development projects as needed. Attend weekly team meetings to gain exposure to end-to-end processes that support delivering great products to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and management on a variety of projects and initiatives. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027 Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field Strong analytical and computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Demonstrated verbal, written, and presentation skills Ability to understand and apply basic Retail Math concepts WHY JOIN FULLBEAUTY?
