By relying on your nursing and managerial experience, youll supervise the day to day duties of the nursing staff. Were excited for you to come and join our accomplished staff of medical professionals!Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, charting in electronic medical records, etc., as necessary.Review documentation in the electronic health record/POC for accuracy and completeness.Inform unit nursing staff of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc. and assure that rooms are ready for new admissions.Consult with the resident, his/her family, and the residents provider in planning the residents care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc., as necessary.Assure that notification of the residents provider and next of kin have been notified when there is a change in the residents condition.Collaborate with the Pharmacy to order/reorder resident medications including narcotics.Review the Medication Administration Audit Report, Facility Dashboard and C.N.A. flow books for completeness of documentation and accuracy.Participate in an on-call schedule.Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state.Must possess a current CPR license.Previous supervisory experience is preferredPrevious long term care experience is desirable.by Jobble
