  Operations Manager will provide leadership to the operations team, overseeing the fulfillment process for work sold by the Service Sales Representatives to ensure customer requirements, revenue, profit objectives, and operational efficiencies are met.
  A Day in the Life:
  
  • 
    
  • Oversee Technician and Service Coordinator teams
    
  • Administer safety programs, monitor compliance, conduct safety training, and handle safety documentation, auditing, and reporting
    
  • Support sales through involvement in job quotation and estimation, including approving estimates, assessing profit risks, controlling costs, and providing feedback to the District Manager
    
  • Establish project timelines, coordinate with customers, manage projects, assign personnel, oversee ordering of equipment and materials, and secure customer sign-offs
    
  • Oversee quotation of call-in work and transactional sales, ensuring timely delivery of quotes
    
  • Maintain effective relationships with current customers to identify additional selling opportunities
    
  • Ensure maintenance contract commitments are fulfilled and inspections are completed on time, supporting scheduling activities
    
  • Support the operations team under the District Manager's direction
    
  • Work with technicians to generate service and repair work on existing accounts, manage the Tech Tip program, and lead customer care initiatives
    
  • Collaborate with Service Sales Representatives and District Manager to resolve customer issues, including customer visits
    
  • Provide weekly reports on job status, revenue, and warranty recovery to the District Manager
    
    What you will bring:
    
    • 
      
    • Associate Degree (2-year) in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
      
    • At least 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
      
    • Previous experience leading a team of technicians, with formal or informal supervisory responsibilities
      
    • Valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
