A well-established home care organization is seeking a personable and experienced Training Manager to oversee staff training, onboarding, and professional development. This role involves designing and delivering training for new hires, upskilling current staff-including coordinators and team leaders-and maintaining updated training materials to support growth across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or corporate training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with HR, coordinators, and clinical teams.Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM (with occasional flexibility on Fridays)Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires, coordinators, and promoted team leaders.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, ensuring relevance and clarity.
• Identify staff development needs and create targeted training programs to address them.
• Collaborate with HR, field coordinators, and nurses to ensure training aligns with operational and compliance standards.
• Monitor training participation, provide feedback, and track staff development progress.
• Support ongoing professional development initiatives to foster staff growth and retention.
• Provide support and coaching to staff in the field as needed.Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in training, onboarding, or staff development, preferably in home care, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage, motivate, and develop staff at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
