Program Manager: $20.00-$24.00 per hour (based on education and
experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Before School: 7:00 AM - 8:35 AM and After
School: 3:05 PM - 6:00 PM
WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:
- Deliver quality enrichment programs for children using our
internally crafted Disguised Learning curriculum
- Develop and coach a team who are passionate about providing a
safe, fun, engaging environment
- Work closely with principals and school staff to enhance the
instructional experience
- Instill the Right At School footprint by participating in local
community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day,
and more!)
- Manage and maintain safety standards including supervision and

criteria that must be met.THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:
- Prior experience supervising others
- High school diploma or GED completed
- Experience working with children and knowledge of unique and
special needs
- Coursework or training in child development and/or related
field is preferred ;
- Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and
children
- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with
students, parents, staff, and community
- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to
learn
- High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience with a
group program for school-age children. ;OR
- Certificate as a Recreation Technician from the National
Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) and 2 years of experience
with a group program for school-age children.OR
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate; or Group Teacher
Approval; or 15 college credits in child development, education,
recreation, psychology, health care, nursing or any other field
related to child growth and development; and 2 years of experience
with a group program for school-age children.
OR
- 15 college credits in areas not related to children and 3 years
of experience with a group program for school-age children.
OR
- Associates Degree in any field and 2 years of experience with a
group program for school-age children.
OR
- Bachelors Degree in a child related field or Office of
Licensing Head Teacher Approval and 1 year of experience with a
group program for school-age children.OR
- Certificate as a Recreation Administrator, Recreation
Supervisor, or a Recreation Professional and 1 year of experience
with a group program for school-age children.OR
- Bachelors Degree in an unrelated field and 1 year of experience
with a group program for school-age children.
