Job Description:
The Judge Group has partnered with a food manufacturer in the
Fleetwood Area looking for an Operations Manager for their team.
This role is more of Production Manager overseeing a small team and
reporting to the Plant Manager.This job will have the following
responsibilities:Oversee team of production supervisors across 3
shifts including sanitationManage production processes to make sure
product is made safely and efficiently while cultivating a safe
work environment for all associatesCollaboration with senior
leaders in quality, warehouse, engineering, maintenance, and HR
Constantly work for ways to improve processes and upgrades to
equipment to achieve efficienciesDaily, weekly, monthly report out
to senior leadership on KPIs and targetsQualifications &
Requirements:Bachelor's Degree preferredPrevious food or beverage
manufacturing management experiencePrevious production management
experience
