  Current New Jersey Professional Nurse License. Graduate of or advance matriculation in a baccalaureate degree in nursing program. Coronary care certification is required of nurse managers employed where cardiac monitoring is part of the patient care program. Ability to perform all competencies is required for employment in the position.

  Experience in the appropriate clinical specialty. At least four (4) years of clinical experience in nursing.
