Responsibilities

Our Data Management Team helps our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their data capabilities. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities by addressing complex data and information management challenges. -Experience in a top-tier commercial or public sector consulting firmExperience within a professional services firm or large enterprise that supports client services including: - - - - - - - Lead data landscape current state assessments to develop recommendations and roadmaps - - - - - - - Assessing an organization's existing data capabilities and technologies used to support the data lifecycle - - - - - - - Defining a data strategy - - - - - - - Gathering, analyzing, and articulating high-level business and data capabilities and requirements - - - - - - - - Support project teams in working with business executives to define, understand and document business strategy and desired business capabilities, iterating new business and technology capabilities, and creating and implementing future-state capabilities - - - - - - - Defining a strategic roadmap to execute the data strategy - - - - - - - Defining, implementing, and operating data operating models, which can include data governance bodies - - - - - - - Elicit requirements and use cases for stakeholders - - - - - - - Translating business needs into long-term architecture solutions, and creating future-state blueprints illustrating the desired future-state capabilities - - - - - - - Develop a project management approach to maintain consistent quality and reduce risks - - - - - - - Understanding and documenting existing business processes, systems, and technology - - - - - - - Formulating business and technical solutions - - - - - - - Support project teams in developing and implementing enterprise-level business process improvement, technology, and data solutions within functions and industries - - - - - - - Experience working with clients to develop strategic plans and roadmaps, tactical initiatives, key performance indicators, and reporting dashboards - - - - - - - Experience supporting project teams in the implementation of data management methodologies and frameworks

  • Demonstrated depth in architectures and technology to support data ingestion, storage, metadata management, master data management, reporting, and analysis -
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding how to architect to ingest structured and unstructured data -Required: - - - - - - - -Minimum Years of Experience: 15+ years of experience in information and records management in industry - - - - - - - -US Citizenship is preferred - - - - - - - -Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree, Master's and industry certifications are a plus -Preferred:This role requires robust consulting skills to interact with multiple stakeholder groups to get information. The role would be working with senior data, IT, and business leadership regularly to assist with their activities from a strategic and tactical perspectives. -
    Additional Requirements

    The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described. -Compensation for this role is $170K - $190K but may vary based on education, skills, experience, and location. -Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours. -This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
