Job Description:
Senior Manager - IT Business Analysis What can you expect:The
Marketing and CRM UAT, QA and Release Coordination Manager works
across business and technology on a wide array of assignments,
including engaging with senior level executives when developing
acceptance criteria and acceptance strategy across marketing,
sales, service for each of the businesses and the enterprise
overall. The leader will act as a UAT and Release Coordinator,
addressing enterprise user acceptance testing and QA challenges and
assume the role of a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership
and innovation in support of the business strategy, enterprise
enablement as the organization transforms from federated systems to
one MMC enterprise solution for CRM and Marketing Automation,
supported by a new enterprise client data platform and new
enterprise CRM solutions for sales and marketing automation. We
will count on you to:
- Take responsibility for overall system quality assurance and
testing, including coordination and oversight of testing processes
and resources. Track solution code versions through Dev, test, UAT
and production environments.
- UAT and Release Coordination Manager to work closely with
change management, Business Product Owners, Business UAT team,
technical solution engineers, and system integrators in the
development of User Acceptance Testing and the development of
automated test suites to empower CI/CD SDLC. The role takes
ownership of release coordination to ensure effective UAT and
quality release governance and effective stakeholder
communication.
- Establishes change control processes, test plans and
coordinates quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Assists with the development, testing, acceptance testing and
implementation process and facilitates bug resolution. Develop test
scripts and scenarios to assist end users in performing tests.
- Take responsibility for overall system quality assurance and
testing, including coordination and oversight of testing processes
and resources. Plan UAT and work with Business Product Owners to
ensure appropriate customer resources across sprints for
testing.
- Work closely with Technical Solution engineers on the
development backlog and user story lifecycle, in order to ensure
end user expectations are set during testing cycles.
- Ensures business is aligned that requirements are met by the
release.
- Defines, establishes and executes UAT and QA strategies;
reviews functional and technical specifications, and ensures
automated testing requirements are understood.
- Assists with the development of user guides, reference manuals,
training materials and code release artifacts. What you need to
have:
- Experienced with enterprise CRM transformations, consolidating
multiple organizations into a single CRM strategy.
- Experience developing and maintaining quality assurance
standards and processes.
- Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make
clear judgments based on a range of factors, commercials, risk,
customer experience
- Ability to asses defects and recommend a viable course of
action.
- Regression testing experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in UAT with a thorough knowledge
of Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles and
Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in design of detailed test
plans, and creation and execution of test scripts
- People skills (Ability to foster collaborative relationships,
negotiating, diplomacy and advocacy skills)
- Milestone planning and management skillsWhat makes you stand
