Bonnie Brae, a nationally recognized non-for profit specializing in services for at-risk youth is currently seeking a *Program Manager. *The Program Managerwill oversee the day to day operations of our Community Home located in Bound Brook, New Jersey. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, supervision of program staff, quality assurance and performance improvement oversight, as well as ensuring compliance with all licensing and accrediting bodies. Through participation on an interdisciplinary treatment team, the Program Manager contributes to the design and review of treatment planning for each child in the assigned unit. The Program Manager is a functional member of Residential Department Leadership, carrying out certain Child Care Counselor duties and delegating others as needed.Candidate *will possess the following: **Education / License / Experience: ** Master's Degree in a behavioral health field required* License a plus* Three years post Master's experience with youth in an out of home setting and experience holding some leadership responsibilities* Valid Driver's license - not currently suspended or suspended over the last three years due to accidents or moving violationsWhen you work at Bonnie Brae you join a community of professionals that make a difference.
