Job Description:

Work as a team player with Management and technical staff to form strategic partnerships, raise capital, raise public awareness, and build a power leasing business de novo by promoting our breakthrough new energy source to engineering firms, manufacturers, power users, investors, government, and media. -To excel in this role, you should be a team player, have a compelling sales personality, be able to communicate effectively verbally and through presentations and emails, be conversant in power technology, be able to research and organize information regarding the Company's business and technology, and possess an ambition to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Contacting potential strategic partners, licensees and investors to introduce and educate them about our technology while establishing rapport and arranging meetings with our CEO.
Negotiating and closing deals.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing presentations, organizing technical and business information, and generally support education and due diligence of target individuals and entities.
Developing goals for the business development and Company growth and ensuring they are met.
Maintain the Company contact database and coordinate electronic communications to contacts.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with a minor in a technical field, or a technical degree with extensive studies and experience in business and marketing.
Experience in business development, marketing or related field.
Experience with NDA's and licensing and lease contracts.
Accounting or further legal knowledge is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to effectively and efficiently interface with staff, professional service providers, investors, and business partners, at all levels, and apply sound judgment and confidentiality to duties generally.
Prior experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, SalesForce, and PowerPoint.
