Digital acceleration is identified as one of the top 3 strategic priorities to drive growth for the market. And Expert for OH and Pain categories have been identified as a key strategic growth priorities and differentiator.As the Digital Content Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and deploying engaging content across multiple channels in line with digital KPIs to drive Expert growth and operational efficiency.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Digital Content Manager will be responsible for working with internal (global expert teams) and agency partners to create the brand content strategy and produce highly engaging content with mobile-first production values top of mind.In partnership with agency, create and produce video, audio, images, infographic and written content that reaches and engages consumer while supporting SEO strategy and best practices. Channels include Expert portal, digital advertising, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Sermo), email, search, and webinars.Collaborate with Global Expert teams to develop best-in-class content for US. Mines DAM and curates/re-purposes best-in-class content from across markets to maximize efficiency in content creationWork closely with internal and external partners to create compelling digital content for earned, owned, shared and paid that can be scaled both locally and globallyOversee and manage content workflows, routing and posting for integrated communications to create and execute on digital campaignsWorks closely with digital marketing team, ecommerce team, global content team, performance marketing managers, media, and creative / design partners to optimize digital content real time in line with best practice, performance metrics, and brand VBL. Collaborates cross functionally with global team to implement scalable best practice solutionsImplements SEO recommendations and cross-link planning for discoverability of brand content, promotional planning recommendations for demand generation, user experience requirements for website functionality and analytics taggingCreates and publishes real-time content and engagements targeted to specific audiences that are based in data-driven marketingImplements Test & Learn strategy across digital activation and stays up to date on emerging trends, topics, conversations and the pulse of the consumer to improve organic growth and user engagementProvide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to demonstrate success, analyze content performance, identify trends, and areas for optimization.Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelors Degree (digital, content, analytics, marketing, or related field)5+ years of demonstrated experience in digital marketing, brand building, and communicationsStrong digital marketing technology knowledge and experience (a thorough understanding of website information architecture, CMS functions, web development life cycle and digital best practices for a mobile world)Advanced knowledge, understanding of, and experience with digital media platforms, content management systems and digital analytics tagging requirementsExperience with and understanding of SEO principles and application to contentPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Detail oriented and organizedAbility to build strong cross functional working relationshipsStrategic, analytic and structured thinking abilityClear communicator who can turn complex topics into compelling stories and align them with business objectives.Creative visual storytelling skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented and ability to multitaskExcellent writing and analytical abilities.Social media expertise on multiple platforms and tools.Why GSK?Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.These include Patient focus, Transparency, Respect, Integrity along with Courage, Accountability, Development, and Teamwork.
