you. The Work The Scalable, Software Defined, Supportable S-Band
Radar (S4R) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Team is seeking a
Project Specialist Staff member. As a member of the M&S Product
Leadership team, you will partner with S4R program managers, and
functional leaders to drive successful product planning, execution
and strategic for all M&S deliverables. Key Responsibilities
include the following: • Coordinating planning, scheduling, and
status tracking of S4R software development and integration efforts
across multiple programs and baselines. • Supporting Earned Value
Management (EVM) efforts by serving as the Control Account Manager
(CAM) across S4R programs and baselines. • Identifying and
facilitating the resolution of M&S team blockers. • Providing
product status and plans to program leadership and supporting
related meetings, presentations, and reviews. • Leading M&S
proposal and Basis of Estimate (BOE) efforts. • Facilitating the
collection of regular metrics to inform M&S team progress and
serve as historical basis for future work. • Facilitating product
strategic planning through cross-program roadmap development and
maintenance. • Collaborating with functional management on team
staffing plans and communicating demand needs for the M&S

REAS Basic Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Computer
Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent engineering/technical
degree • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience • Experience
with planning and executing large product development efforts •
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) • Experience with
Control Account Management (CAM) • Experience supporting program
proposals and performing software estimates • Technical leadership
experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level
Clearance Desired Skills: • Experience with Software Development
Metrics • Experience supporting Agile SW development efforts • Good
interpersonal and communication skills • Experience with Program
Performance Management for Agile Programs • Experience with the
Atlassian Tool Suite • Experience on Radar focused projects

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their
work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The
specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring
process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this
Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate‘s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate‘s work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at

for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Lockheed
