The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. *Hiring Class A, B and C Service Technicians* BENEFITS: Best hours in the industry Spa Days Amazing culture Great pay Opportunity for advancement Incredible longevity bonuses Fun team outings Amazing paid training Medical Vision Dental 401 W/ Match HSA Paid Maternity Leave RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned Attend factory-sponsored training classes REQUIREMENTS: High CSI is a must Strong automotive background Strong teamwork skills Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Must have clean & valid driver's license High school diploma or the equivalent All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner Schwartz Mazda/Truck Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
