the execution of large-scale onsite energy installations, 50MW and

sacrificing quality or sustainability. Your Mission · Lead the
end-to-end build of large-capacity, onsite power systems, from
planning through commissioning. · Direct multidisciplinary
crews—site supervisors, engineers, and project teams, toward
unified execution goals. · Coordinate all engineering disciplines:
mechanical, civil, electrical, and controls integration. · Prepare
and manage detailed technical deliverables, including system
schematics, compliance protocols, and operational plans. · Oversee
procurement strategy, vendor timelines, and equipment
logistics—domestically and internationally. · Champion excellence
in safety, reliability, and operational standards across all work
phases. · Keep contractors, suppliers, and internal contributors
aligned with technical scope and project schedule. · Manage
construction progress, verify milestones, and ensure all
obligations and standards are met. · Finalize systems through
start-up, QA testing, and seamless client turnover. What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering—Electrical preferred, but
related fields considered with applicable experience. · 8 years of
experience delivering major infrastructure or energy deployments. ·
Background working with internal combustion engines or comparable
generation technologies. · Familiar with peripheral systems such as
cooling loops, emissions controls, lubricants, and power
interfaces. · Comfortable reviewing technical plans,
specifications, and contract frameworks. · Proficient in automation
platforms, SCADA, and electrical safety systems. · Knowledge of
global logistics chains and international shipping terms. · Strong
interpersonal, leadership, and coordination skills. · Openness to
travel for site builds and commissioning efforts. Want to Build
