Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is based in
Meriden, CT, providing services across two elementary schools
within the district. The contract runs through June 9, 2026, with
immediate start available. The role offers 35 hours per week,
Monday through Friday, during typical school hours from 8:45 AM to
3:45 PM. Candidates will provide onsite support to students across
a range of disability categories in inclusive classroom settings.
Key responsibilities include conducting speech and language
evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment
plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support
student progress. This position involves working directly with
elementary-aged children and requires adaptability to serve two
school sites within the district. Qualifications: Valid Connecticut
license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical
Competence (CCC) preferred; candidates currently completing
Clinical Fellowship (CF) are also encouraged to apply Previous
school-based SLP experience mandatory District fingerprinting and
background clearance Strong communication skills and collaborative
approach to working with a multidisciplinary team Ability to manage
