Customer Service Representative will include: Directly engage with
business owners and customers to understand their needs and
recommend Verizon’s products and services Educate customers about
new wireless and internet technology solutions using customer
service and sales techniques Foster lasting relationships with
business owners and customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction beyond
product delivery Collaborate with the Customer Service
Representative and sales team to develop strategies aimed at
increasing sales and customer acquisition margins Provide
exceptional customer service to address any customer concerns or
issues Remain informed about Verizon's products, services, new
upgrades, and industry trends to maintain a competitive market
advantage Partner with fellow Verizon Customer Service
Representatives and senior leaders to create and execute effective
sales strategies
