Job Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive Assistant Project
Manager (APM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a
natural team builder with a passion for delivering high-quality
work and exceeding client expectations. Client Details Founded in
1984 and headquartered in Spring House, PA, with a west coast
office CA, we are a renowned technical construction management firm
specializing in complex, highly regulated facility projects.
Description Coordinated a minimum project size of $500K from
takeoff to closeout Develop and maintain accurate project schedules
Track and manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts Prepare
construction cost estimates for both new work and changes in scope
Utilize project control systems to ensure smooth project execution
Provide proactive, detailed project reporting to stakeholders
Commit to delivering an exceptional final product to the client
Profile Must have Life sciences experience 1-5 years of experience
in commercial construction project management Bachelor's or
Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural, or
Mechanical Engineering Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing,
