About The Role Radar is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive content and enablement in support of growth and expansion objectives. Youll create product and partner-focused campaigns, execute product launches, and work cross functionally to support GTM teams with sales enablement that creates product stickiness and accelerates deal cycles. As our first Product Marketing Manager, youll get the chance to have lots of autonomy and impact. Youll play a pivotal role in creating our product marketing strategy and building our marketing function. You will report to our Director of Product Marketing. What youll do: Support the development of core messaging and product marketing initiatives, including GTM strategies, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement Build marketing materials and content to ensure Radar messaging is amplified including through our partner ecosystem to drive brand awareness and pipeline generation Own and execute joint partner product launches and industry-focused campaigns Collaborate with demand generation stakeholders to support campaigns, partner events, run webinars and ensure best practices in nurture campaigns and newsletters Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to support internal and partner sales teams with enablement and collateral You have: 3+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company, experience with technical or partner marketing a plus Track record of developing a range of content (blogs, videos, white papers, case studies, etc) and marketing campaigns; a plus if they enable partners to drive revenue Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work cross-functionally to achieve business goals Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal Youll be working with: Hanna Woodburn, Director of Product Marketing Lauren Delgado, VP of Marketing Al Harnisch, VP of Business Development Matthew Isabel, VP of Product Our Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams!
