Reporting to the head of Marketing Automation and Marketing Technology - this is a new and key strategic Marketing Ops role that will work as an internal consultant and best practice driver across functions including Marketing Automation, Data and Integrations, Digital Experience, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing and other teams. You'll bring an obvious passion combined with proven expertise in the marketing automation and MarTech space to help build, maintain and scale the marketing automation instance so we're constantly pushing its capabilities and optimizing it obsessively. --You'll consult with internal business partners, as well as producers, to help bring strategies to life and achieve our aggressive goals in the most scalable way possible - enterprise scale in solving complex business problems will be an obsession of yours! The role combines admin level understanding of Marketo with the ability to drive marketing automation strategy in support of company objectives, and direct functional experience with MarTech platforms overall.   • Working cross-functionally to drive strategic marketing automation in support of department/company objectives
  • Managing and playing an admin role in the marketing automation instance (Marketo) - continually find ways to optimize, improve system performance, simplify, templatize, document and scale the system and team's capabilities so we get the most out of our system and are pushing its limits
  • Supporting key teams in leading, building and managing marketing automation projects and foundations (ABM, lead gen, email and nurture strategy, journey/lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, strategic reporting, lead scoring, personalization) - stakeholders and partners include Marketing Automation, Data and Integrations, Marketing Ops, Planning and Analytics, Digital Experience, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing and others across the company
  • Helping drive a robust, healthy and responsible strategic MarTech stack - you should have a solid functional understanding of the MarTech landscape in order to drive the growth, optimization and also consolidation of our MarTech stack so we're constantly in an optimal state
  • Consulting, building and maintain marketing automation system automations and doing so in a way that is optimal for system performance so the instance always healthy and running well
  • Supporting database health initiatives and automations
  • Obsessively auditing, testing and adjusting programs and components in the marketing automation instance to enable optimal usability for producers and campaign managers globally
  • In support of the Data and Integrations lead as well as other across marketing, work closely to drive third-party integrations with Marketo
  • Solving complex and fun business challenges utilizing marketing automation strategies, tactics and best practices and
  • Managing and running marketing automation and MarTech trainings delivering appropriate content to various audiences (new hires, global campaign managers, SDRs, executives) to get the most out of our system--
    • Expert level experience in marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
    • Highly knowledgeable of the MarTech landscape and direct experience managing various MarTech platforms
    • High-level of proficiency in Salesforce CRM
    • A self-starter, excited to learn new skills and problem solve complex business challenges
    • A critical thinker and creative problem solver comfortable with adding structure to ambiguous problems
    • Able to easily communicate system workflows and maintenance needed. Ability to express ideas/interpret data from a variety of sources clearly and logically, both in writing and verbally to varying groups and experience levels
    • Able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with various constituents (go to market marketers in various functions, marketing leadership, cross-org stakeholders) to drive business performance
    • Passionate about data-driven marketing and making a measurable impact on revenue
    • Strong planning, organizational, time management and follow-through skills
    • Proven ability to effectively explain technical and business requirements to varying groups and experience levels
    • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
