Our client, a prominent food manufacturing company based in Saddle Brook, is seeking a reliable Logistics Specialist to coordinate daily shipments and maintain carrier relationships. This contract to hire role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. About the Job: Coordinate and schedule daily pickups and deliveries Update customers on potential delays and delivery status Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders Schedule and coordinate customer pickups Use DAT and carrier-specific load boards to source backhauls to NJ/PA/NY Maintain strong relationships with transportation providers Optimize truck routing for efficiency About You: 1 years of experience in logistics, trucking, or a similar field Bachelor's degree required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Strong organizational and communication skills This contract to hire opportunity is ideal for someone seeking a dynamic role within a fast-paced organization.
