Position: Office AdministratorPosition Type: PermanentLocation:
Newark, NJ (onsite 5 days a week)Hours: 8:00am 4pmWe are seeking a
highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join a great
team. The ideal candidate will come from a construction environment
and experience with working in a small family-oriented office. The
person selected for this role will possess the ability to handle
weekly payroll efficiently, manage aspects of HR, oversee benefit
administration, and work closely with the Sales & Operations team
in a support capacity.What you will be doing:* Handle weekly
payroll efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.* Manage all
administrative tasks related to HR, including documentation,
employee records, and onboarding/offboarding processes.* Assist
company executives with technical and personal tasks, as needed.*
Oversee benefits administration.* Collaborate effectively with the
Sales & Operations team to provide quotes and administrative
support as needed.* Utilize strong organizational skills to
multitask effectively and maintain high levels of productivity.*
Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, such as printers,
scanners, etc.* Exhibit excellent time management skills,
prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.* Demonstrate
attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in all aspects of
work.* Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for
effective interaction with team members and subcontractors.What
experience we are looking for:* Knowledge of office management
systems and procedures.* Ensure smooth operation of office
equipment, such as printers, scanners, etc.* Possess strong written

not required.* Highly organized, efficient, motivated, and
punctual.* Strong follow-up skills, particularly with
subcontractors.* Excellent time management abilities and the
capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.* Attention to detail and
exceptional problem-solving skills.* Ability to multitask and
