manufacturing company located in Totowa, New Jersey is seeking a
detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist (Part-Time) to join
our finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who
combines strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and a high
level of accountability . As a key contributor to the accounting
function, you will support financial accuracy, operational
efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated
manufacturing environment. Your work will directly impact cash flow
performance, reporting integrity, and overall business success .
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts receivable
activities, including invoicing and payment processing. Monitor
customer accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve billing or
collection issues. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and
internal departments to support smooth financial operations. Assist
with month-end close and provide coverage during high-volume
periods. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in
compliance with company policies and regulations. Track and report
key AR metrics. Support process improvements and uphold company
standards of professionalism and teamwork. Perform additional
related duties as assigned. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience
in accounts receivable or a related accounting role. Bachelor’s
degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze
data, solve problems, and make sound decisions. Excellent
organizational skills and high attention to detail. Strong verbal
and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(especially Excel) and ERP/MRP systems. Ability to understand,
read, write, and speak English. Ability to wear required safety
equipment as needed.
