Compensation Analyst Our client is a national industry leader

Analyst to support their continued expansion. The ideal candidate

environment! Location: Stamford, CT Compensation: $65-75k Work
modality: hybrid work schedule Key Responsibilities: Maintain and
update the compensation calculation spreadsheet, ensuring accurate
tracking of new team members, departures, rate changes, and
compensation adjustments. Calculate and thoroughly review
compensation data before submitting for payment processing. Submit
compensation information to Payroll in time for inclusion in
scheduled payment cycles. Monitor approval systems for
management-approved compensation inputs; review, approve, or return
submissions as needed. Manage the Compensation email inbox by
addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare and
distribute individual earnings statements for each payment period.
Track discrepancies (overpayments/underpayments) to identify root
causes for management review. What You Bring to the Role: Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis
tools, and automated communications. Strong financial
understanding, analytical thinking, and excellent communication
abilities. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to
transparency. Results-driven approach with willingness to take
initiative and work collaboratively as a team player.
