Job Description:

Budget Manager CFS has partnered with a Non-Profit organization seeking a Budget Manager to join their finance team! Primary responsibilities : Budget planning and development Financial analysis and reporting Team Leadership and Development Compliance and Risk Management Management of special projects as assigned by CFO Educates supervisors and others on the financial needs and processes of the organization. Identifies variances and trends and assist with implementation of operational process improvements. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis or related role Advanced Excel; proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Thorough knowledge and understanding of not-for-profit financial accounting and budgeting functions and methods Previous experience in not-for-profit or real estate organizations Experience with NYS financial compliance reporting INJUN2025
