Job Description:
A growing company in Ossining, NY is seeking an Accounts
Receivable Analyst to join their accounting team. Responsibilities:
Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer issues
Prepare and analyze AR reports and trends to identify collection
risks Assist with billing, cash application, and account
reconciliations Partner with internal departments to ensure
accurate invoicing and contract compliance Recommend process
improvements to streamline AR functions Support month-end close
activities related to accounts receivable Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
preferred 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related
field Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and
accounting/ERP systems Strong attention to detail and ability to
meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
