Summary:The Head of Compliance, Americas will be responsible to
lead the Americas compliance program, which encompasses Anti-Money
Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism ("AML/CFT"),
Economic Sanctions and regulatory compliance. The candidate will
report to the Global Head of Compliance ("Global CCO") and work
closely with the offshore level 1 and onshore level 2 compliance
teams.

Compensation:Base pay for this role is expected to be between
$255,000 - $345,000 USD for New York City and San Francisco Bay
Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the
time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for
other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus,
equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for
a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of
factors such as location, skillset, experience, and
