a high volume of a/r data entry and record maintenanceMaintain
confidentiality of sensitive materials and financial
informationExperience with posting deposits and payment
applicationCreating and processing checks for multiple daily
depositsPosting bank depositsApplying payments to customer's
accountsChecking reports and invoices for accuracyJob
Requirements:Must be flexible to stay during the end of the
monthAbility to manage multiple projects/priorities and be highly
organizedEfficient, accurate and detail orientedCalculator
proficientHigh school diploma with equivalent 2+ years of
experience in data entry and basic accountingCompensation:Full time
position 36.25 hours weekly 8:45 - 5:00Dental, Vision, Medical
offeredPTO and 401K plans$22 - $24 per hour (DOE)
