strong background in residential real estate. Any experience in a
working with condo-ops is also required. Some experience using
Yardi is also required. This is a newly created role due to a major
acquisition. The Assistant Controller will be involved in financial
reporting and analysis for multiple properties The position will
also be involved in handling various partnership accounting
functions. The company offers an excellent benefits and
