As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:* Managing all daily operations of the site.* Supports the implementation of approved site plans as outlined in the strategic plan and provides leadership through implementation.* Tracks, analyzes, and reports on relevant data and metrics.* Implements policies and procedures.* Supervise therapists, Rehab Aides, and volunteers.* Monitor staff caseload and schedules based on clinical needs.* Assist in the development of departmental procedures.* Act as a site liaison representing their site specific program.* Develop annual site specific program plan.* As a treating clinician, plan & implement developmentally appropriate treatment programs based on evaluation results, discharge plan, and interdisciplinary team goals in effective and timely manner* Provide treatment that is family centered as reflected in communication, care plans, referrals and chart documentation in accordance to the mission, vision, and values of the organization* Maintain a minimum of 30% scheduled productivity (treatment caseload)*The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:** BS/MA/MS/DPT/OTD from an accredited graduate school rehab program such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.
