Title: Senior Marketing Analyst (Red Bank, NJ)

Description:

Derive key business insights from large amounts of data, primarily using

SAS and SQL Server. Automate marketing reporting using SAS. Design,

implement and maintain SAS/SQL Server/MS Access database/VBA/Excel

processes, and work with large amounts of data across various database

platforms. Utilize summary statistics to evaluate campaigns. Identify

creative reporting solutions that will enhance Plymouth Rock’s marketing.

Run ROI analysis, marketing campaign tracking and results analysis, and

help to develop various optimization strategies. Utilize basic statistical

testing and regression modeling concepts to perform analysis.

Education and Experience:

Master’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Applied Statistics,

Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field

and two (2) years of experience performing modeling, statistical analysis,

and data mining using SAS; or, in the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree (or

foreign educational equivalent) in Applied Statistics, Mathematics,

Economics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field and five (5)

years of experience as indicated above.

Special Requirements:

Also requires demonstrated expertise (DE): performing supervised and

unsupervised machine learning techniques; DE utilizing SAS Enterprise Miner

to perform data mining and machine learning; DE performing direct mail

marketing campaigns, including response models within the personal auto

insurance industry; DE analyzing and cleansing real-time big data; DE

performing text mining, including contextual analysis within unstructured

data or sentimental analysis using social media data; and DE designing

reports and analysis using SAS Enterprise Guide and SAS JMP, and presenting

findings to clients and peers.
